Gluten-Free Charlotte with Pistachios and Golden Apples
Ingredients
- Pistachios 1 cup
- Golden pearls 7 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar 1 cup
- Vanillin to taste
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Boiling water 1 teaspoon
- Glutinous Rice Flour 1 cup
- Almond 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shell the pistachios and chop them finely.
Step 2
Wash and peel the apples.
Step 3
Cut them into pieces and remove the cores.
Step 4
Chop the apples finely.
Step 5
Mix the eggs and sugar. Add vanillin and the baking soda dissolved in boiling water.
Step 6
Add the almond and rice flour.
Step 7
Pour part of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Arrange the apples on top of the batter.
Step 9
Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
Step 10
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 1 hour.
