Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Dates 5 oz
- Macadamia Nuts 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Almond 5 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Add almond flour and rice flour to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Wash the raisins and soak them in boiling water.
Step 4
Wash the dates and soak them in boiling water.
Step 5
Chop the cashews finely.
Step 6
Chop the almonds finely.
Step 7
Remove the pits from the dates and chop them finely.
Step 8
Add the nuts and dates to the batter.
Step 9
Pour the batter into silicone molds.
Step 10
Place the molds in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 11
Remove from the oven after 30 minutes and let cool. Decorate with cinnamon for serving.
