Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Gluten-Free Baking Mix 1 cup
- Plant-based Cream ½ cup
- Agave Syrup 1 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Lemon ½ piece
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Frozen Raspberries to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the bananas into a puree with a fork.
Step 2
Mix the banana puree with the flour and gradually add the milk, stirring well.
Step 3
Add the syrup and oil, and mix well.
Step 4
Neutralize the baking soda with lemon juice and mix it into the banana mixture.
Step 5
Add the cinnamon and blueberries and mix everything again.
Step 6
Transfer to a silicone mold and bake at 355°F for 40–60 minutes.
