Description

Instead of butter, you can use ghee. You can beat the eggs without separating the whites and yolks if you need to prepare it faster. This kulich will definitely rise with this recipe, but if you separate the whites and yolks, the result will be the best.

Ingredients

  • Butter 0 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • 33% Cream 5 fl oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Large eggs 4 pieces
  • Frozen Raspberries 0 oz
  • Dried cranberries with sugar 0 oz
  • Dried ground orange peel 0 oz
  • White Chocolate 5 oz
  • Coconut flakes 10 oz
  • Ginger to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take the eggs, cream cheese, and cream out of the refrigerator in advance so they reach room temperature.

Step 2

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

In a separate deep bowl, beat the yolks with a blender or whisk.

Step 4

Add melted butter or ghee to the yolks.

Step 5

Add cream and cream cheese to the yolks and mix.

Step 6

Add apple cider vinegar to the yolks and mix.

Step 7

Add the prepared coconut flour and ginger to the yolks. Mix until a homogeneous dough forms.

Step 8

Add the candied peel and frozen berries. Leave some of these ingredients for decorating the kulich.

Step 9

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the dough with a fork.

Step 10

Divide the dough into baking molds (one large or two medium).

Step 11

Place the molds in an oven preheated to 340°F for 1 hour.

Step 12

After an hour, poke the kulich with a toothpick, and if the dough does not stick, it is ready. Then remove the kulich and let it cool to room temperature.

Step 13

Drizzle melted chocolate on top and decorate with nuts, berries, and candied peel.
