Glazed Cheese Bars with Raspberries
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Raspberry leaves to taste
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Using a brush, coat the silicone molds with a thin layer of chocolate. Place the molds in the freezer for 3–4 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with the powdered sugar and butter.
Step 4
Remove the molds from the freezer, fill them 1/3 full with the cheese mixture, place a few raspberries in the center, and fill to the top with the cottage cheese.
Step 5
Spread melted chocolate over the cottage cheese and refrigerate until serving.
