Ingredients
- Duck 15 oz
- Udon Noodles 15 oz
- Poultry 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken, place it in a pot, and cover with 2 liters of water. When it boils, skim off the foam, add the whole onion and carrot, and season with salt. Cook for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Separately, boil the glass bean noodles and combine them with the chicken broth to create a thick mixture.
Step 3
Fry the smoked duck in hot oil until crispy.
Step 4
Place a piece of duck in a bowl and pour the broth with noodles over it.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
