Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar.
Step 2
Add the honey and mix. Add the eggs and mix.
Step 3
Add the ginger and cinnamon, and mix.
Step 4
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 5
Roll out the dough. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet with butter or line it with parchment paper. Carefully transfer the shapes.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 8
Bake for 8–10 minutes.
