Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 3 teaspoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 2 teaspoons
- Orange zest 3 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Candied fruits to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and ginger. Add the eggs. Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the eggs. Knead the dough. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Chop the chocolate (200 g) and add it to the dough, then mix in the candied fruits and zest. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cut the cooled cake into small squares and drizzle with chocolate.
