- Butter 5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger Root 2 teaspoons
- Ground Nutmeg to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Mix the flour with baking powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Soften the butter. Beat the butter with sugar until light, add the egg, flour, and knead the dough.
