  • Butter 5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Kiwi 2 pieces
  • Orange zest 1 piece
  • Ladyfinger Cookies 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the cream: mix sour cream with sugar and add melted butter. Stir well.

Step 2

Cut the gingerbread cookies and dip them in the cream, then place them on a plate.

Step 3

Slice the bananas into rings and layer them on the first layer of gingerbread.

Step 4

Dip the gingerbread cookies in the cream again and add the second layer.

Step 5

Slice the kiwi into rounds.

Step 6

Repeat the same process for the third layer. Top with orange slices.

Step 7

Pour the glaze over everything.
