- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Candied fruits 0 oz
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
- Dried ground orange peel 0.1 cups

Step 1
Finely chop the candied ginger.
Step 2
Whip the well-chilled cream with a mixer until it forms thick fluffy peaks. Add the ground ginger and vanilla powdered sugar, and whip again.
Step 3
Place the chopped candied ginger at the bottom of dessert cups, and top with the whipped cream. Garnish the cups with candied orange peel.
