Ginger Sherbet
Ingredients
- Sugar 15 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Water 30 fl oz
- Grated Lemon Zest 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar, ginger, lemon zest, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Then stir in the lemon juice.
Step 3
Pour into an ice cream maker or container and place in the freezer for a few hours, stirring every 45 minutes.
