Ingredients
- Dried cranberries with sugar 20 oz
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, sauté the frozen cranberries in a mixture of butter and sugar for two to three minutes. Then transfer the berries to a baking dish.
Step 2
Using a blender, crush the ginger cookies into large crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the cranberries in the baking dish. Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 355°F for twenty minutes.
