Ingredients

- Baking Powder ½ tablespoon
- Hazelnut 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with 100 grams of powdered sugar.
Step 2
Add ginger, flour, ground hazelnuts, and baking powder. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour 50 grams of powdered sugar into a bowl or on a cutting board.
Step 4
Tear off small pieces of dough and shape them into neat balls.
Step 5
Roll the balls in powdered sugar.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet with butter and bake the cookies for 10–12 minutes at 355°F.
