- Ground Oats 0 oz
- Flaxseeds 0 oz
- Coconut Milk 4 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root 2 teaspoons
- Vanillin a pinch
- Ground clove 1 teaspoon
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar Substitute to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together until a sufficiently pliable dough forms that can be kneaded by hand.
Step 2
Roll small balls by hand, flatten them to a thickness of about 1 cm, and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake at 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Leave them in the oven for another 20 minutes to dry out.
