- Marinated cherries 25 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Slice the buns into thin pieces.

Soak them in warm milk for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the cherries and sprinkle them with 50 grams of sugar.
Step 4
Grease a round cake pan with butter.
Step 5
Whip the butter, sugar, egg yolks, and lemon zest until fluffy.

Fold in the bun slices, cherries, raisins, and almonds.
Step 7
Gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
Step 8
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
