Ingredients
- Sugar 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Raisins to taste
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and beat with a mixer.
Step 2
Add flour and stir.
Step 3
Grease the baking pan with butter and, if available, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the butter.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven for approximately 1 hour.
