Ingredients
- Campbell's Beef Broth 0 qt
- Beef 15 oz
- Canned Corn 30 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 3 tablespoons
- Onion 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Leek 1 stalk
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Celery salt 4 stalks
- Nutmeg to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes and sauté in a pressure cooker with clarified butter. Dice the onion, add it to the meat, and sauté until golden brown. Pour in the broth and cook for about 15 minutes with the lid on.
Step 2
Wash all the vegetables, chop them, and add them to the broth. Add the rice and corn, and cook for about 5–8 minutes with the lid on.
Step 3
Season the finished soup with nutmeg and aromatic herbs.
