  • Apple 25 oz
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg 5 pieces
  • Sugar 15 oz
  • Milk 3 spoons
  • Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

We will knead the dough by mixing flour, butter, sugar, lemon zest, and eggs. Then, we will place it in a cool place for one hour.

Step 2

Roll out two-thirds of the dough into a thin layer and place it in a baking dish. Prick the dough with a fork.

Step 3

We will peel the apples, slice them into wedges, and sauté them in a pan. Then, we will mix them with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, and place the mixture on the dough.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix together 2 eggs, milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon, and a little flour (about 100–150 grams). Bring the mixture to a boil and pour it over the apples.

Step 5

Roll out the remaining dough, cut it into thin strips, and use them to decorate the pie before placing it in the oven to bake for 50–60 minutes at 390°F. Allow it to cool, then dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
