Georgian Solyanka with White Wine
Ingredients
- Meat 15 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Tomato Puree 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat (fillet, thin edge, or hind leg), clean it from tendons, cut into small pieces, add finely chopped onion, and sauté in oil in a preheated pan.
Step 2
Transfer the sautéed meat to a low pot, add tomato puree, peeled and sliced pickles, a clove of garlic, salt, pour in the white wine, 2–3 tablespoons of meat broth, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer for 30–40 minutes.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle the solyanka with parsley.
