Ingredients
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 0 lbs
- Activated Baking Soda 2 teaspoons
- Brie cheese 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add baking soda, melted butter, vegetable oil, and flour to the kefir and knead a soft dough. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 2
Pass the brined cheese and potatoes through a meat grinder and mix well. You can use sulguni cheese instead of brined cheese—if so, do not add potatoes. Potatoes are added to salty cheese.
Step 3
Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a small flatbread. Place a handful of filling in the center of the flatbread. Gather the dough to the center and pinch it. Now roll the flatbread as thin as possible.
Step 4
Bake on a dry skillet. Brush the top well with butter.
