Gazpacho with Sparkling Water
Soups • Spanish
Description
Gazpacho is a traditional dish of Spanish cuisine, a cold soup that perfectly quenches both hunger and thirst on a hot day. I was inspired by the gazpacho I first tried in Portugal. Upon returning home and trying to find a recipe online, I reviewed many of them, but after analyzing, I decided to present the dish not as a cream soup, but rather as a soup-salad, which is how it captivated me.
