Description

Gazpacho is a traditional dish of Spanish cuisine, a cold soup that perfectly quenches both hunger and thirst on a hot day. I was inspired by the gazpacho I first tried in Portugal. Upon returning home and trying to find a recipe online, I reviewed many of them, but after analyzing, I decided to present the dish not as a cream soup, but rather as a soup-salad, which is how it captivated me.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
  • Malt Vinegar 4 tablespoons
  • Sparkling water ⅓ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and chop finely.

Step 2

Trim the ends off the cucumbers and grate them using a medium grater.

Step 3

Clean the bell pepper and grate it using a medium grater.

Step 4

For the dressing: mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs, and a little cold water. Pour in and mix everything.

Step 5

Leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
