  • Tomatoes ½ piece
  • Red Bell Pepper ½ piece
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Quinoa Sprouts 5 oz
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Basil to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Soak the quinoa overnight before cooking

Step 2

Blend the tomato, pepper, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and water in a blender

Step 3

Add the quinoa to the soup bowl, garnish with basil and freshly ground pepper (if desired)
