Gazpacho with Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and coarsely chop the arugula.
Step 2
Wash and chop the two types of basil.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes and season with salt.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 5
Extract juice from the tomatoes using a juicer.
Step 6
Juice the onion and garlic through the juicer.
Step 7
Also juice the herbs through the juicer.
Step 8
Add oil and vinegar to the soup. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 9
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Step 10
Pour the soup into a bowl and add the mozzarella. Serve in portions.
