- Cilantro to taste
- Tomatoes 70 oz
- Celery stalk 6 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
- Basil to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lime 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes, removing the stems and ends.
Step 2
Blend until smooth, strain through a sieve, and pour into a soup bowl.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, add vinegar, lime juice, and olive oil.
Step 4
Dice all the vegetables and herbs into small cubes, and add them to the soup.
Step 5
Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes, serve cold.
