Gazpacho with Garlic and Basil

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Fresh Red Pepper ½ piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Basil leaves to taste
- Water 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the core from the garlic.
Step 2
Chop all ingredients except for the basil into cubes and add them to a blender.
Step 3
Blend in the blender for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add pepper on top. Optionally, you can add cucumber.
