Ingredients
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 0 lbs
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Sweet Pepper 5 oz
- Celery stalk 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- TABASCO® 0 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Crab Meat 0 oz
- Stracchino cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend 100 grams of peeled tomatoes, 100 grams of cucumbers, sweet pepper, celery, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil until smooth.
Step 2
Place the soup base in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Shred the boiled crab meat into strands.
Step 4
Finely chop 60 grams of cucumbers.
Step 5
Pour the tomato base into a plate.
Step 6
Top with crab meat.
Step 7
Add stracciatella.
Step 8
Sprinkle with chopped cucumbers.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Serve.
