Ingredients
- Tomatoes 0 lbs
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Green Apples 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- TABASCO® 0 fl oz
- Ice 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Mint 0 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the core. Peel the apples and 80 grams of cucumbers, and slice them, removing the seeds from the apples.
Step 2
Roast 70 grams of red bell pepper in the oven until soft and peel.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, add basil, salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 4
Then add ice and blend everything until fully combined.
Step 5
Steam the shrimp.
Step 6
Dice the remaining cucumbers and peppers into small cubes and arrange them in a circle on a plate.
Step 7
Top with pitted cherries and the steamed shrimp.
Step 8
Pour the vegetable base over the top.
Step 9
Garnish with fresh basil.
Step 10
Serve.
