Gazpacho with Celery
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Onion ½ piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Herbs to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers, remove the skin from the tomatoes, and take out the seeds from the bell pepper.
Step 2
Chop all the vegetables and herbs in a blender.
Step 3
Add olive oil, salt, and pepper, and blend well again. After that, make sure to chill the gazpacho well or add ice cubes.
Step 4
You can strain it through a sieve.
Step 5
Serve in glasses or soup bowls, garnished with herbs.
