Ingredients
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves 1 sprig
- Basil 1 sprig
- Ocean salt to taste
- Garlic 0 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and add salt.
Step 3
Separate the basil leaves from the stems.
Step 4
Peel the garlic.
Step 5
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 6
Combine the tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a food processor or blender. Add the chili pepper.
Step 7
Add the oil and vinegar.
Step 8
Prepare and chop the celery.
Step 9
Add the celery to the vegetables. Blend thoroughly.
