Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Pickled capers 12 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the tomatoes (3 large ones) and cut them into pieces. Blend them until smooth. It's better to use chilled tomatoes so that the soup can be served cold immediately.

Step 2

Add vegetable oil, chopped garlic clove, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend everything again.

Step 3

Pour into a serving dish. Add a small amount of capers and parsley leaves.
