Gazpacho with Basil and Garlic
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Basil 1 sprig
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1½ spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix ½ spoons
- Herb Bouquet ½ spoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Separate the basil leaves from the stems.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into thirds, depending on their size.
Step 4
Place the herbs and tomatoes in the blender.
Step 5
Whisk vigorously.
Step 6
Add dried herbs.
Step 7
Then add the wine vinegar and the mixed ground peppers.
Step 8
Chop the pepper into small pieces.
Step 9
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 10
Chop the garlic roughly.
Step 11
Place the bell pepper, onion, and garlic into the blender. Add the chili pepper without removing the seeds if you want the result to be spicier.

Add olive oil.

Whisk until smooth and add salt. Mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
