  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon ⅓ piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel and chop the avocado. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and chop it.

Step 2

Peel the tomato. To do this easily, blanch it in boiling water. Chop it.

Step 3

Blend all the ingredients, including the garlic, using a blender. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
