Garlic Vegetable Hummus with Fresh Herbs
Ingredients
- Chickpeas 10 oz
- Cabbage 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Cumin to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Tahini 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas overnight. Then rinse and boil in salted water until cooked.
Step 2
Chop the fresh cabbage and finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
In a blender, blend the chickpeas, tahini, cabbage, salt, pepper, herbs, spices, and lemon juice. If the hummus is too thick, dilute with water.
Step 4
When serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
