Description
If desired, this soup can be made with water instead of meat broth.
Ingredients
- Pork fat 0 oz
- Garlic 12 cloves
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Borodinsky Bread 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep saucepan, sauté the garlic in pork lard over low heat for about 10 minutes, avoiding the formation of a golden crust.
Step 2
Pour the broth into the saucepan, add salt, pepper, and cook for another 30 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Remove the soup from heat, constantly stirring, pour in two raw yolks beaten with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Transfer to a soup tureen. This soup is served very hot with large black croutons.
