Garlic Pita Chips

Description
Serve warm or cold with garlic mayonnaise or any other sauce.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground coriander ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pide bread 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil with the quartered garlic and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until the garlic turns golden. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove the garlic.
Step 3
Split the pitas into thin halves and brush the inside with oil. Cut each piece into 8 parts. Place the pieces, oiled side up, on baking sheets and bake until golden and crispy for 5 minutes. Cool.
