Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, combine milk, yeast, salt (0.5 tsp), and sugar.

Mix well.
Step 4
Add the egg.
Step 5
Mix again.
Step 6
Gradually add the flour.
Step 7
Stir until combined.
Step 8
Transfer the dough to a countertop, add butter, and knead by hand.
Step 9
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 10
Divide the dough into fifteen equal parts.
Step 11
Roll into balls and place them in the dish.
Step 12
Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
Step 13
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25 minutes.
Step 14
Mix melted butter, garlic, and salt (0.5 tsp).
Step 15
Drizzle the hot pampushky with garlic butter.
