- Stale Bread ½ piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Coarse Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut half of the loaf into medium cubes, removing the crust.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the thinly sliced garlic. Sauté for about 50 seconds.
Step 3
Then add the bread pieces and sauté, stirring, until golden brown for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the garlic and season the croutons with salt.
