Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon

- Chili jam 1 teaspoon
- Onion ½ head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Artichokes in Oil 10 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 2
Crush the tomatoes with a chef's knife.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomatoes, then season with rosemary and oregano. Add salt.
Step 4
Mix the crushed tomatoes and chili sauce into the cheese.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Add the onion and press the garlic into the cheese and tomato mixture.
Step 7
Finely chop the olives with a knife.
Step 8
Add them to the other ingredients.

Mix thoroughly.
Step 10
Form patties from the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 7 minutes.

Before serving the chips, wait about 10–12 minutes for them to cool.
