Garlic and Caraway Pampushky
Ingredients
- Water 15 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt 1½ teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 30 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Caraway to taste
- Egg white 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foam appears.
Step 2
Add eggs, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture, then add part of the flour and mix.
Step 3
Gradually add flour to knead a soft dough, and let rise for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Form balls and place them on a baking sheet (preferably with high sides).
Step 5
Crush the garlic, mix with the egg white. Brush the rolls and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Step 6
Bake at 390°F until done.
