Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Thyme 4 sprigs
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, salt, and chilled butter. Rub into crumbs and add the egg. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of cold water.
Step 2
Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the tomatoes — wash them and slice into rounds.
Step 4
Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface into a circle. Crumble the feta cheese in the center and arrange the tomatoes on top. Add thyme on top.
Step 5
Pinch the free edges. Bake for 25 minutes at 390°F.
