Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Scallions 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Water 5 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the flour, finely chopped chilled butter, and salt. Blend into fine crumbs. Add ice water and quickly knead the dough. Form into a ball and refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
Chop 5 boiled eggs into cubes, add finely chopped onions and cheese. Add 2 raw eggs (beaten beforehand) and mix gently.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.3–0.4 mm, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon the filling into the center, fold the edges over, brush the galette with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown.
