- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Apple 20 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Starch film 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
- Salt ¼ spoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour in water and knead the dough until it becomes elastic. If the dough doesn't come together, add a little more water.

Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

At this time, chop the nuts with a knife or a blender.

Slice the apples into wedges.

Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 28–30 cm. Sprinkle the dough with starch and half of the sugar, leaving a 3–4 cm border around the edges clean.

First, arrange the nuts on the dough, followed by the apples. Sprinkle the galette with cinnamon and the remaining sugar.

Fold up the edges of the dough to create a border for the galette, shaping it like a rim. Bake for 30 minutes at 430°F.

Cool on a wire rack and serve, dusted with powdered sugar.
