Description

The total for all cookies is 1100 kcal. A wonderful galette cookie that pairs perfectly with tea! You can also add your favorite spices to the dough or sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and milk.

Step 2

Sift the flour with cornstarch and baking powder. Gradually add to the egg-milk mixture, kneading a pliable, non-sticky dough (but not hard!). If necessary, you can add more flour.

Step 3

Then roll out the dough thinly (2-3 mm). It’s better to roll it out on parchment paper or the back of a baking sheet, previously dusted with flour, as it is difficult to transfer to the baking sheet later.

Step 4

Cut out cookies with cookie cutters and prick them with a fork.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 7-10 minutes. As soon as they turn slightly golden, they are ready!
