Ingredients
- Margarine 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 cups
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine and let it cool.
Step 2
Add sour cream, eggs, vanillin, and one cup of flour to the warm margarine.
Step 3
Dissolve the baking soda in vinegar, add it to the dough, and mix.
Step 4
Gradually add the remaining flour in small portions so that the dough remains soft.
Step 5
Knead the dough by hand.
Step 6
Divide the dough into 10–12 pieces (the number of pieces depends on the size of the pan).
Step 7
Roll out the dough and place it on a hot double-sided skillet.
Step 8
Bake evenly over medium heat, flipping occasionally.
