Ingredients
- Pears 3 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Apple 3 pieces
- Cinnamon 2 pieces
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Red Grape Juice 15 fl oz
- Red port 5 fl oz
- Plums 25 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the apples and pears into quarters and remove the seeds. Place them in a large pot, add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, red wine, and port wine. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5-10 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Add the plums, halved, stir, and cook for another 5 minutes until the plums are soft.
Step 3
Remove the pot from the heat, cover with a lid, and let marinate for 6 hours. Slightly warm and serve warm with cream or ice cream.
