Fruit Summer Parfait

Ingredients

  • Donut Peaches 5 pieces
  • Strawberry 15 oz
  • Natural Yogurt 15 fl oz
  • Grated Ginger Root 5 oz
  • 33% Cream 5 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Carefully cut 4 peaches in half, remove the pit, and scoop out some of the flesh with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and place the peach halves in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Peel the remaining peach, remove the pit, and blend it with the flesh of the other peaches in a blender.

Step 3

Peel the ginger root and grate it finely. Mix the grated ginger with the peach puree.

Step 4

Also blend the strawberries into a puree in the blender.

Step 5

Whip the chilled cream with an electric mixer together with the powdered sugar.

Step 6

Add the yogurt and strawberry puree.

Step 7

Layer the strawberry-yogurt mixture in a large container, then add the peach puree with ginger. Gently mix, but not to homogeneity, creating a marbled effect.

Step 8

Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours (or preferably overnight).

Step 9

The finished parfait can be placed in special fruit bowls!
