Fruit Sorbet
Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut 1 banana, cranberries, strawberries, and half a lemon with the peel into medium pieces, and freeze them separately for about 5-6 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Layer the ice cream.
Step 3
The first, bottom layer is strawberry: take out the frozen strawberries, and if you haven't rinsed them yet, wash them under warm running water. Place them in a blender, add 1 fresh banana, and blend until smooth. If desired, you can strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the small seeds.
Step 4
Carefully layer the strawberry ice cream into the cups and place them in the freezer.
Step 5
Second layer, middle - banana + lemon: Blend 1 frozen banana, half a frozen lemon, and 1 fresh banana in a blender. For a zesty twist, you can substitute lime for lemon. Layer this mixture on top of the strawberry layer in the cups and return to the freezer.
Step 6
Layer 3, the top layer - cranberry: blend the cranberries (rinse if necessary) and 1 fresh banana in a blender, then pour the mixture into glasses.
Step 7
Garnish with berries and mint.
