Description

Choose a small watermelon: 2-2.5 kg. Any fruits and berries can be used.

Ingredients

  • Red Grapes 10 oz
  • Pears 2 pieces
  • Watermelon 1 piece
  • Canned Pineapple 5 pieces
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Sugar to taste
  • Pineapple Juice to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut a thin layer off the bottom of the watermelon rind so that it can stand on a surface. Cut the top to create a zigzag edge.

Step 2

Carefully scoop out the watermelon flesh and cut it into cubes, removing the seeds. Collect the watermelon juice.

Step 3

Cut the pears into cubes, the pineapple rings into pieces, and the bananas into slices.

Step 4

Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.

Step 5

Place all the fruits in a large salad bowl, drizzle with pineapple and watermelon juice, squeeze in the lemon, and add sugar to taste.

Step 6

Fill the watermelon with the fruit mixture.
