Description

A very tender, sweet, and easy-to-make pie. A real lifesaver for sweet tooths! Especially when it's so dreary and uncomfortable outside. The ingredients include apples and plums, as well as a couple of currants. You can add any other berries of your choice. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Apple 30 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Raisins to taste
  • Black Rowan 0 oz
  • Plums 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the dough, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, butter, and egg. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 40–60 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling, peel the apples, cut them into wedges (you can sprinkle with lemon juice), and sauté for a few minutes in a pan until softened. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 3

After an hour, take 1/3 of the dough (for decoration). Roll out the remaining dough and press it into the mold. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent the dough from puffing up. Place the filling on the dough.

Step 4

For the topping, beat 3 tablespoons of milk, the egg, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Pour over the fruits.

Step 5

For decoration, take the remaining dough. Roll it into thin strips. Arrange them randomly, alternating.

Step 6

Bake the pie at 390°F for 1 hour.
